Back in LA for 2 months now without going anywhere. A personal record for me. So little sleep, so many steps, so many cigars and Japanese cigarettes, too much tea, just the right amount of laughs, probably too much of the full moon. Just the best combo for feeling re-inspired & grounded for this next chapter🥂

Emmett Soldati (coffee shop owner/gogo dancer) ----- I convinced my cousin Emmett to drive though LA on his road trip and bribed him with some pics in our studio.. We had no plan other than playing with whatever we had on hand and whatever he had packed in his van. Kinna love how it turned out. @totally.cafe

Written 100% on the spot!😱 My brother @markbarlow is one of the most insanely talented people I know and has some of the most stunning music (look him up on all platforms). When we were hanging out yesterday, I was telling him how amazing he is at improv—which totally carries over into songwriting—he asked me to give him random subjects to riff on… then this happened.😭😭
