Next show is gonna be a good one! Playing @cactuscafeatx on the 24th of this month (Friday the week after next. I (Nick) saw Daniel Johnston play there when I was a teenager. It was an amazing set. He drank many coca colas and at the end of it he yelled “never give up never surrender” and ran out the door guitar in hand. Happy we get to grace that stage. Anyways, great lineup: the return of @slid_atx , @trashdogofficial , and @vvvvvariety ! We’ve never done a Variety and New Strangers show before because I play in both and I’m a very physical drummer, but we’ve always wanted to and I think it’s gonna be fun.
